ENROLMENT & PAYMENT

How do I enrol and pay?

Click Register on any course and fill the two-minute form. Within minutes we email a quotation with the fee and GST. Click Accept and your GST invoice from Didin Technologies LLP follows straight away. Pay by UPI or bank transfer and add the invoice number in the payment note. There is no card checkout.

When do I get access?

Within 24 hours of payment confirmation you get an email invite to training.didinacademy.com. Sign in with the same email you registered with. If it has not arrived, check spam, then WhatsApp us.

Can I get the invoice in my company's name?

Yes. Add your company name and GSTIN on the registration form. Teams of 5 or more get one invoice; write to training@didinacademy.com.

How long is my seat held?

For 48 hours after the quotation is sent. Cohorts have 20 seats, so unpaid seats are released to the next person on the list.

Refunds?

Full refund up to 48 hours before the first session. After that, you can move once to the next cohort of the same course at no cost. See the refund policy.

HOW THE COURSES RUN

Do I need to buy any software?

No. Every course runs on free trial accounts you create on day one, and we show you how. If you already use the tools at work, you can use your own account.

I have no business background. Can I keep up?

Yes. Start-level courses assume nothing: we teach the business concept first, then the tool. Build and Transform courses expect one Start course or real experience running a business.

Weekday or weekend, which should I pick?

Same curriculum, same cohort size. Weekday batches run Mon–Fri at 7:30 PM IST, two 2-hour sessions a week. Weekend batches run Saturday and Sunday, 2 hours each.

What if I miss a live session?

The recording and homework are posted after every class so you can catch up. Miss two in a row and your trainer reaches out.

How big is a cohort?

20 seats, so your questions get answered live and a human reads your homework. Transform cohorts are capped at 15.

CERTIFICATES

What is the difference between Learn and Learn + Certify?

Same lessons, same live sessions, same homework. Learn + Certify adds trainer review of your homework and final project, and the Didin Academy certificate. You choose when you register and can upgrade within 90 days.

Is the certificate recognised?

It is issued by Didin Academy, the training arm of Alpha Cloud Technologies, a Zoho Partner, and earned on a trainer-reviewed project, not attendance. It is verifiable by QR.

Can I get an official Zoho, Microsoft, Google or Meta credential?

Those are issued by the vendor, not by us. We help you register through the vendor's official process and prepare for the assessment. Any exam fee is paid directly to the vendor.

TEAMS

Can my company sponsor a team?

Yes. Teams of 5+ get one invoice, and teams of 8+ can have a private cohort on dates that suit you. See training for teams.

Do you train in person?

Yes. Full-day classroom sessions for teams, colleges and NGOs, in Chennai or at your location. Write to training@didinacademy.com.

Refund policy Terms of use Privacy policy

Before your cohort starts

Cancel up to 48 hours before the first live session and we refund the full fee to the account you paid from, within 7 working days.

Within 48 hours of the start

Fees are not refundable, but you can move once to the next cohort of the same course at no cost.

After the cohort starts

Fees are not refundable. If something serious stops you continuing, write to us and we will offer a move to a later cohort where we can.

Self-paced courses

Refundable within 7 days of access if you have completed less than 20% of the course.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a cohort, you choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort. If we move a session, the recording is posted and the rest of the cohort continues as planned.

Bundles and team invoices

Bundles and team invoices follow the same rules for each course inside them, based on that course's start date.

Who we are

Didin Academy is operated by Didin Technologies LLP, Chennai, India ("we", "us"). Courses are taught with our teaching partner, Alpha Cloud Technologies. These terms apply to didinacademy.com and training.didinacademy.com.

Registration and seats

Submitting the registration form reserves a seat for 48 hours from the time we send your quotation. A seat is confirmed only when payment is received. Cohorts are limited to 20 seats (15 for Transform courses).

Fees and invoices

Fees are shown on your quotation and GST invoice. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer to the account printed on the invoice. Fees include GST where applicable.

Course access

We invite you to training.didinacademy.com within 24 hours of confirming payment. Access is personal to you and may not be shared. Self-paced courses include access for as long as the course is offered; live cohorts include recordings for the period stated on the course page.

Schedules

Live sessions run on the dates shown on the course page. If we must move a session, we tell you as early as possible and post the recording. If we cancel a cohort, you may move to the next cohort or receive a full refund.

Certificates

Didin Academy certificates are issued on completion of the work required for the Learn + Certify option, as reviewed by your trainer. Vendor credentials (Zoho, Microsoft, Google, Meta and others) are issued only by the vendor under its own terms.

Your conduct

Be respectful in sessions and in the learner community. Do not record live sessions, or share course material, recordings or other learners' information, without our written permission.

Course material

All course content, templates and recordings belong to Didin Technologies LLP or its partners. You may use them for your own learning and work, not for resale or for running your own training.

Liability

We teach in good faith from real-world practice, but outcomes depend on how you apply what you learn. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.

What we collect

When you register: your name, email, phone number, country, state or region, city, the course and batch you choose, and, if you add them, your company name and GSTIN. When you learn: your progress, homework and attendance on training.didinacademy.com. To pre-fill your country, the registration form reads your device's time zone and may look up your country from your IP address using api.country.is; we keep only the country you submit.

Why we collect it

To send your invoice, confirm payment, give you course access, run sessions, review your work, issue certificates, and contact you about your course. With your consent, we may also tell you about upcoming courses and webinars.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in Zoho applications that run our academy (Zoho Forms, CRM, Books, TrainerCentral and related tools). Zoho processes it on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our teaching partner Alpha Cloud Technologies to deliver your course, with service providers that run our systems, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a learner and for the period tax and accounting law requires for invoices. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or stop marketing messages, by writing to training@didinacademy.com. We reply within 30 days.
